Delta Millennials (100 - 123)- First regular limited exposure to the internet beginning at 3 yrs old or before 6yrs. Full regular exposure to the internet reaching maturity in childhood or before 10 yrs old. Social connectivity is obsessive (multiple times per hour or day). High device dependency, seeing their devices as essential or necessary for living or surviving. Exhibits beliefs influenced by an early childhood overly exposed to the internet, social connectivity, sub pop cultures, and online media.

Associated Work Behaviors: Deltas thrive the best in fast-paced, changing work environments that are diverse, innovative, strongly-collaborative (or social), and deeply disruptive. Deltas have the least versatility in communication, lacking a strong ability to communicate effectively with Alphas or Centennials. Deltas communicate the best with other Deltas or moderately well with Betas that can share or understand their need for innovation and diversity. Key Defining work behaviors exhibited most by Deltas are disruptive, intuitive, and explorative.

Primary Social Behaviors: Detlas tend to be hyper-active extroverts (extraverts). An extrovert is a person who tends to focus on the external world and people. People often associate being socially outgoing with extroversion, but that is a little too simplistic. Extroverts may be more outgoing. They gain energy from other people and the external environment and usually prefer to be with others.
